Ten Year Reunion

                                 

I can't believe it has been 10 years since I put on the white dress, went to Memorial Hall and decided to join Pi Phi. What a great decision! It is one of those ripple effect moments that you don't realize at the time but will forever change your life. I am so thankful for all of the lifelong friends, fabulous memories, fun moments in the house, tailgates, Keeneland, Sunday mornings in the basement, road trips to SEC every year,Two Keys....I could go on and on. Since college it has turned into being a bridesmaid in weddings, being there for the birth of a child, buying first home....Even though we are all spread across the US I still have my best Pi Phi friends and I am so grateful for them. SO, on October 24th at Keeneland we will celebrate 10 years together. Invites will go out soon. 

No More Horsing Around!

The horse show is over. A sigh of relief! No major disasters, perfect weather and a fabulous time! I enjoyed being on the horse show board this year. It was well worth all of the time spent. I loved getting to know the other girls on the board, all of the provisionals and the characters at the Red Mile. The week began with the Gala at Elmendorf Farm. Carrie did a great job planning the party. Lundy's did the catering and the food was really yummy! The farm is one of my top 10 beautiful spots in Lexington. Here are some photos.
